What we build

  • Custom software

Systems designed and built to your requirements, where packaged software does not fit how you work.

    Learn more

  • AI integration

AI models connected to your own data and systems, to answer questions about your customers and carry out routine tasks.

    Learn more

  • Process automation

Repetitive administrative work handled by software, so that your staff's time goes to the work that needs their judgement.

  • Support and maintenance agents

    Managed service

Monitoring, routine support and fault repair for the systems you depend on, as a managed monthly service.

    Learn more

  • Data and reporting

Business data extracted from the systems that hold it and consolidated in one place, reconciled and ready to report on.

  • Legacy system migration

Legacy systems migrated to a supported platform and into the cloud in stages, while the original remains in service.

What that looks like in practice

  • The capability your current software lacks, built alongside it.What this means

Your existing package covers most of the process. The remainder is built as a separate component that reads from and writes to it through its published interfaces, so an upgrade to the package does not break it.

  • Two systems holding the same customer records, kept in sync without manual re-entry.What this means

Two systems hold the same records and are updated separately, so they drift apart. A scheduled integration keeps them aligned, with defined rules for which value takes precedence when they conflict. A record that cannot be matched is flagged rather than guessed.

  • Reporting drawn directly from your systems, rather than assembled by hand each month. What this means

Figures are extracted from each source system on a schedule and loaded into a single store, then reconciled against their source. A load that does not balance raises an alert before the numbers reach a report.

  • A customer portal that handles the requests your team currently takes by telephone. What this means

A secure web application serves the requests customers currently make by telephone, drawn live from the systems that already hold the information. Every action is recorded against the customer's account.

  • Systems still running on premises, migrated to the cloud in stages. What this means

Each component is migrated and verified on its own, with the existing server retained until the final one is across. The environment is defined as code, so it can be rebuilt at any time.

  • A legacy system migrated onto a supported platform you can still hire for. What this means

The platform is out of support and the engineers who built it are no longer available, but the system still runs the business. It is migrated in stages: existing behaviour documented and covered by tests first, then each component replaced while the original remains in service.

  • A new product proven at small scale, before the full build is committed to.What this means

A first version carries the one capability that matters and is built so the result can be measured. What it shows determines whether the full build proceeds, and the code is written to be carried forward into it if so.

  • Recurring customer enquiries answered from your own documentation. What this means

The answers already exist in your contracts, manuals and previous correspondence, but locating them takes staff time. A model is given those sources and no others. It shows what each answer drew on and refers anything it cannot answer to your team.
